Finger Lakes Harvest is made with whole fruit. Flavors and juices are extracted from fruit harvested in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. The fruit itself produces the vibrant color and flavor of the shrub. There are no flavor enhancers, preservatives or color ants, ever!
