Curbside Pickup

When placing you order, choose the local pickup option during checkout. When your order is ready, you will receive notification via email or phone (depending on which you include with your order), upon arrival, pull into the back parking area (access from Catherine St), call or text the number that will be included in your notification to let us know that you are here and we'll bring your order out to you.

Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service from Syracuse, N.Y.

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process.


Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisified with one of our products, you may return the product for your money back provided you first contact us for a return authorization number.

To request a return authorization number, please send an e-mail to info@syracusesoapworks.com. In your message please provide your invoice or order number, the item name (or number) and the reason for your return.

We will then provide you with a return authorization number and shipping address. Please note that the buyer is responsible for charges associated with return shipping, including insurance.
